Sexual and Gender-based violence (GBV) remain as one of the most serious and prevalent protection threats to women and children. EGADO will focus on Economic empowerment as a GBV prevention and response measure, enabling women to meet their basic needs, equipping them with skills so that they are not forced to resort to negative coping mechanisms further exposing them to GBV risks.
